The geology-geomorphologic component of geodiversity has been chosen as a main object of investigation of Upper and Middle Dniester region. The geology-geomorphologic structure of the region, especially the covering loess-alluvial deposits and erosion-fluvial landforms has been analyzed, the qualitative and quantitative characteristics, geodiversity evaluation have been given. The inventory of geoheritage objects has been realized and the geotouristic potential of the objects has been defined. The evaluation of geological structure and geoheritage objects relief is represented at the different territory levels and for the unique geology-geomorphological formations. The main results of the investigation are - reasoning of the methodological and methodical approaches to the geodiversity researching of the region with outstanding geological heritage; inventory-evaluation database of the indigenous and covering deposits, erosion and denudation landforms and the geoheritage objects for the representative locations of Upper and Middle Dniester region. The extensions of the geoheritage objects register and their potential use for the geotourism at the Dniester region have been proposed. The management-plan of creation of national geopark "Dnistrovsky Canyon" has been given. The strategy of geoheritage conservation and using for the Ukraine regions has been grounded.
