The economic-mathematical models of human resource management, optimization of strategic management of the enterprise are constructed; a complex of methods and models of financial service of business activity, personnel service of business activity and production management in business activity; economic-mathematical models of management of tax burden of the enterprise for determination of value of the main financial and economic indicators in the current and future periods; the econometric models that describe structural interrelations in business. The concept of modeling of financial support for innovative processes in small business, which considers compliance of sources of financial resources to types of innovative processes is developed and optimizes interests of owners of financial resources and small enterprises at the expense of what it is possible to gain effect of a sinergizm from decrease in expenses and financial risks and modeling of interaction of economical production systems in the competitive environment which is based on a basis of reflexive management and consists of the complex of economic-mathematical models for the realization of information, strategic and confidential reflection, allows to increase efficiency in this interaction.
