These are method of random projection developed based on the ideas of neural network distributed representations and modification of the truncated singular value decomposition. The methods allow increasing the accuracy of the solution at the optimal value of the regularization parameter. The method of random projection reduces the computational complexity of the solution by reducing the dimension of the matrix which is subjected to pseudo inversion. The method of choosing the regularization parameter for minimization of solution error is proposed.
