Useful field isolates of infectious bronchitis virus of chickens (VIB), circulating in Ukraine. The created a test system reverse transcriptase polymerase chain reaction (RT PCR) (VIB). Analyzed genotypes of field isolates and vaccine strains VIB and their phylogenetic analysis . Established conformity antigenicity and immunogenicity of the vaccine strains and field isolates. Created collection strains and methodical recommendations   for diagnosis and prevention VIB.
