The scheeme of monitoring of porcine proliferative enteropathy in pig breeding pigfarmes was developed. The original pair of primers were designed for determination of flanking conservative fragment of 16s rRNK gene of bacterium Lawsonia intracellularis that allowed to improve diagnostics of the disease and decrease time of causative agent authentication. In 40 samples of biomaterials 8 positive results (20 %) are obtained confirming the presence of genetic material of Lawsonia intracellularis. From 241 microscopic tests of biomaterials from the pigs of the different age-related groups with the clinical signs of ileitis 87 (36,1 %) positive tests were confirmed. The "Methodical recommendations on diagnostics of porcine proliferative enteropathy" are developed that show world and own experience of diagnostics of this diseases, which are recommended for the specialists of veterinary medicine, laboratories of veterinary medicine, laboratories of institutions of educational and research institutes.
