Expand and clarified the question of the main sources of natural focal foci of leptospirosis, reasonable measures of sanitation and preventive measures against the disease. A voluminous scientific studies of ecological relationships leptospira with background hihro- species of higher plants and hydrophilic phytocenoses swamps and excessively humid lands were held. The features animals in the course of leptospirosis in oblasts of Ukraine and the dominant serogroup leptospira in pigs, cattle and horses were studied. Improved and developed new manufacturing technology of imunoprofilaxis drug against leptospirosis in horses, manufactured prototypes of inactivated polyvalent vaccine against leptospirosis in horses and tested on laboratory animals and riding.
