We have checked the compatibility of the pharmaceutical polyhexamethyleneguanidine (PHMG) with other biologically active compounds by mass spectrometry. The results are joined electronic base of the mass spectra. They will be used in the development of new therapeutic and preventive drugs. Laboratory tests disinfectant "Epidez barrier" finished. Its production process is optimized. We prepared instructions for use of the drug. We have developed a biophysical model of interaction PHMG with the cytoplasm membrane of cells. A series of studies on the use of new disinfectants in aquaculture conducted. They are aimed at improving the survival of fish in a variety of technological schemes aquaculture. Recommendations for use Epidez in the fishing industry have been developed. The optimum composition of the varnish that contains PHMG and has a prolonged biocide effect was picked up by us. Laboratory studies on the method of "accelerated aging" shelf life working solutions Epidez under different storage conditions were conducted. The biocide effect PHMG for micro- and macro-organisms specified. Microbiological testing of the salt PHMG different anions composition on the biofilms formed by bacteria was conducted. We found the following: PGMGhl bactericidal concentrations for most species of gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria account for 0.01-0.1%, bacteriostatic - 0.0001-0.001; antiviral activity for enveloped viruses at a concentration shown 0,00001-0,0001, against fungi - 1-3, against tuberculosis bacteria - 1-5%. This allows you to successfully use the drug for disinfection. We have published 16 scientific articles and 10 abstracts of conferences, 2 leaflet guidelines. We have received a patent for utility model "Bactericidal paint Epidez-PF" and filed a patent application "Epidez gel antiparasitic."
