N. Kozak, Yu. Yu. Bashkatov), the Wielbark culture (D. N. Kozak), the Cherniakhiv culture (D. N. Kozak, B. V. Magomedov, O. V. Petrauskas, O. V. Hopkalo, R. M. Reida, O. S. Mylashevs'kyi, V. S. Tylishchak), the Early Medieval Slavs cultures (D. N. Kozak, O. V. Petrauskas, S. A. Horbanenko, A. V. Skyba, A. V. Panikars'kyi, Ya. V. Volodarets'-Urbanovych). Studies were accompanied with numerous expeditions and explorations. The significant amount of new archaeological sources were obtained and introduced into scientific circulation. Extensive works on cultural heritage protection were held: rescue excavations, alignment of land allocations. The unify register of newly archaeology monuments has been launched (N. I. Minaieva). Systematization and extensive analysis of the database which had been carried out by stuff members are indicate important characteristics, tendencies and cultural-historical regularities in the territory of Ukraine and in particular, on discussion about the Slavs ethnogenesis in the 1st mil. AD. A high level of the studies is showed by 390 scientific publications totaling 483,73 sheets in all, including 8 monographs and 3 parts in collective monographs totaling 205,43 sheets in all, which were writes by theme implementers for the 5 years of its executing.
