To achieve the aim of the work is the creation of the theoretical foundations of building interdisciplinary mathematical models of complex technical change in the state of objects in the life cycle and development of methods of their computer realization of real-time systems; new means of mathematical modeling, which are within the measurement error channel direct measurement of simulated characteristics. The first proposed model changes in the state of complex technical objects in a form that meets the application of real-time systems.
