Neger, Cupressaceae Bartl., Pinaceae Lindl., Rosaceae Juss., Hydrangeaceae Dumort, Caprifoliaceae Juss., Viburnaceae Dumort. and grass plants of genus Allium L. were collected; introduction trials were conducted; the data about biological and ecological peculiarities of development under the conditions of a culture were generalized, and efficiency of its introduction was assessed. Prospective use of woody and grass plants, and plants' species of "the Red Book of Ukraine" in the south steppe region was analyzed; an assortment of species of genus Allium L. was listed. Methodical recommendations on the optimal use of the new woody introducents and its cultivars for gardens and parks of the south steppe region of Ukraine, methodical recommendations on reproduction and use of species of genus Pinus L. when creating plantations of different functional purpose, methodical recommendations on cultivation of decorative onions, methods of cultivation for plants of "the Red Book of Ukraine" were developed. A systematic structure, quantitative distribution and harmfulness of endocormobiontic entomofauna of the woody plantations of dendropark were determined and annotated lists of phytofages- tree pests (bark beetles, bast beetles, wood beetles, medulla beetles, xylobionts) of introduced wood plants were made. The protection system from pests provides for control of their population, a complex of technical actions on care of plantations, sanitary and health-promoting actions, contribution to vital activity of natural enemies of insects. A scope of using is introduction, the park construction and landscape gardening.
