The importance of the research direction is due to landscape changes in the process of mineral development through appearing residual spaces, and as a consequence, large losses of fertile land, on which, before impairment, was carried out profitable business activities. The purpose of rational use of natural resources in this work, a complex research, which includes methodological bases of increase of efficiency of subsoil use with regard to sustainable development of mining in the region and reduce the industrial impact on the environment.
