The purpose of this stage of work is development the new methodological tools, software and technical means of their realization in the solution of management tasks of forecasting and modeling economic development, innovation and socio-demographic processes.We developed methodological recommendations for the adoption of managerial decisions which aimed at the harmonization of relations between economic subjects in applied problems of economic activities between business, production and planning of economic relations. Also we developed software modules for the panel of management tools managers of cross-sectoral and sectoral levels, as well as managers of mining complex enterprises. The theoretical and methodical propositions and recommendations can be used in the practice of management by the enterprises of industrial sector of Ukraine economy.
