Directly in the regime of work visits, we have studied the experience of creation of contemporary natural exhibitions in main museums of Europe and the USA. Their experience of usage of multidisciplinary, analytical and communication technologies was implemented during the elaboration of exhibition concept in SMNH of NAS of Ukraine. Innovative principles of structural and functional organization of natural history museum with focus on a visitor were developed, Innovation model of informational-analytical activity and concept principals of scientific-informational principles of exhibition system of the regional museum were justified. Principles of a creation of the scientific and popular content of the museum portal were formulated. The detailed scheme of web portal content was developed. Also, portal design and content were updated. The museum-pedagogical strategy of the museum was elaborated. A set of educational programs was developed and implemented in order to enhance ecological and ethical values of children. The concept of the new exhibition of the museum was developed. The scenario of the exhibition on the second and third floor of the museum was created. A project of the new exhibition at the State Museum of Natural History was created. The Scientific and technical level of the results of SRW is equal to best world analogues. Economic and social efficiency was achieved through increasing of visitors numbers on web-portal and visitors of exhibitions.
