The aim is to carry out the calculations of the stress-strain state, microstructure and durability of the weld at the ends and the side surface of the punch and the hot rolling roll while surfacing and operation at multiple recovering surfacing. For the numerical simulation of the processes the time steps and iterative methods in combination with the finite element method were used. A multi-stage scheme of repair surfacing was developed. Some examples of calculation the service life surfaced parts were considered. A model of the destruction caused by fatigue crack propagation was also developed. The results can be used by co-executor of Paton IEW NAS of Ukraine for the development of new technologies of multilayer multiple restoration of parts in order to increase life time between repairs and service.
