On the basis of these strains the new bioformulation called Biorem was developed. Due to microbial degradation of insecticide by the bioformulation Biorem the products of transformation had been formed that had less toxic and less mutagenic activity: in contaminated soil the content of hexchlorocyclohexane isomers was decreased. For obtaining of surfactants synthesized it is industrial wastes. Under the condition of cultural liquid application in water and soil significantly exceeded the efficiency of the commercial bioformulation Devoroyl. It were selected the new strains of soil streptomycetes with high antagonistic activity to pathogens. The strains synthesize phytohormones and steroid compounds. On the basis of biological metabolites of these streptomycetes the bioformulations Phytovit and Violar were developed combined the antagonistic activity to pathogenic bacteria and micromycetes and properties of plant growth regulators and adaptogenens. The action mechanism of the developed metabolite bioformulations at the molecular level is to activate the genes that control the synthesis in the plant cells of small protective regulatory si/miRNK with antipathogenic and adaptogenic activities. As result, the lesions of spring wheat plant by root rot and fusarium ear are reduced, grain yield is increased by 15,3-32,5% relatively to control of while grain quality improvement. In the symbiotic bacteria Bradyfhizibium japonicum the level of cytokinin synthesis correlats with strains efficacy. The synthesis of auxin, abscisic acid and ethylene is the strains property that is not related with their symbiotic activity. Inoculation of soybean increases in plant cells the functional activity of nucleolar, transcription level of DNA and affects positively to the development of photomembranes. The complex bioformulation Ekovital registered in Ukraine was tested on its effectiveness on conditions of its application with means of chemical plant protection from pests. The soybean productivity unde rinoculation in increased by 17-32%. In man-caused soils compared with fallows the quantity ofsulfate-reducing, iron-reducing and denitrifying bacteria is increased in 2-4 exponents. In the biofilm growth mode compared with plankton protein productivity by microbial community is increased by 10 times, diversity of morphotypes is decreased and extracellular formations were appeared. The plasmids of small size - 5-9 kb were revealed in the bacteria of natural sulfidogenic community. The presence of the plasmid-harboring strain P. aeruginosa 27 (R68.45) among the members of the sulfidogenic microbial community led to 2,5 times decrease in protein synthesis during the biofilm formation and in 2 times decrease the corrosion rate. In biofilm on the aluminum surface, it was revealed the cell biogenic sulfur represented by allotrope Sa, which provides the stable structure, durability and long-term functioning of the biofilm. Plyurethane and bitumen-polymer coatings, modified by zinc, nanostructured oligomers and antiseptic are resistant to the action of bacteria-destructors Product Description popup.authors Іутинська Г.О.
