The main physical mechanism, which is connected with a molecular hydrogen ionization, that determines plasma creation and maintaining in the torsatron Uragan-3M during the continuous working gas puffing, was investigated experimentally. This result makes a significant contribution to the international stellarators program in developing methods of the RF plasma creating and maintaining.
