This protective film has a quite high conductance to have a good electrical contact for mechanical joint. The antenna was assembled inside vacuum chamber through 16 cm port. An estimation of plasma confinement time was provided on the base of data as for intensities of Balmer series lines of hydrogen atoms. It was found from the distribution of line intensities on the principal quantum number that a dominate process for population of excited hydrogen atom states during active stage of RF discharge is the process of dissociation of molecular hydrogen with appearance of excited states. From these data the time of particle confinement in the confinement volume was found at the level 1 mc.
