A research purpose consists in determination of conceptual positions of development of industry, as a constituent to part of the system of natural resources, in the aspect of providing of ecological safety of agroecosystem and more rational going near storage, processing and use of organic raw material in technologies of cleaner production for defence of environment, and also for getting ecologically of clean competitive organic fertilizer and power medium. A research object are the technological systems of processing of organic resources of stock-raising enterprises, as a component system of natural resources. The article of research is methodology of optimization of natural resources in a stock-raising and dependence of parameters of processes of methane generation and structures of mixture of organic raw material. Research methods are based on the basis of analysis and synthesis of parameters of technological processes of the biotechnical system, experimental researches of transformation of energy of organic raw material in energy of organic fertilizers and biogas. Results and their novelty: the got dependences of output of biogas on high-quality composition of organic raw material of stock-raising, rational correlation of carbon and nitrogen is certain for the receipt of maximal output of biogas, description of high-quality composition of regenerationmass is got in the biogas setting.
