Research methods - theoretical analysis and generalization of data of scientific-methodical literature, pedagogical supervision, questionnaire, pedagogical testing, anthropometry, biomedical testing, methods of determination of health level, time-study of activity of man, pedagogical experiment, methods of mathematical statistics. The conducted researches give a such scientific result: - the scientific-theoretical, organizational-methodical and legal bases of realization of innovative technologies in physical education of different groups of population for perfection of the system of physical education in Ukraine are grounded. - conception of athletic-health activity in general educational establishments in accordance with the modern operating conditions of the system of physical education on the basis of complex approach to the decision of problem of forming of the physically developed personality able to realize creative potential is developed, actively to use a physical culture for strengthening and saving of health. - classification, principles, is developed, methodical generals in relation to application of information technologies in the field of physical culture and sport; - the features of application of computer technologies taking into account the specific of their use in the field of physical culture and sport are scientifically grounded; - new approaches to theoretical preparation in physical education of different groups of population with the use of the interactive and differentiated teaching are developed. - newest approaches in the system of the in-plant training for preparation of teachers of physical culture to introduction of innovative technologies in physical education of general educational establishments are offered. - innovative technologies of strengthening of health of different groups of population, which include, are scientifically grounded: technology of child's fitnes; strengthening of health of high school students in the process of independent employments by physical exercises on the basis of computer technologies; modern fitnes-technologies in the system of independent employments for the students which carried the sharp respirator diseases; method of aqua in the system of physical education of higher educational establishments for the students of task medical force.
