The programs are aimed at improving adaptation to muscle activity and to determine their effectiveness. Research methods are analysing of scientific and methodological literature and Internet resources materials in the field of research; clinical, psyco-physiological, functional research methods of nervous, cardiovascular, respiratory, digestive systems and the musculoskeletal system (posture computer videometriya, special anthropometry and others); research methods of physical development, physical efficiency; methods of mathematical statistics. Functional condition of nervous, respiratory, cardiovascular and psycho-emotional state of persons with disabilities, in ischemic brain pathology after surgery on the pancreas, with post-traumatic contracture and athletes with disorders of the musculoskeletal system and hearing was studied. Physical rehabilitation complex programs for patients with chronic ischemia of the brain, after surgery on the pancreas, with post-traumatic contracture, in deaf children with posture disabilities and disabled athletes with the effects of cerebral palsy, disorders of the musculoskeletal system and hearing were developed. Efficiency of the developed programs was defined. The programes were implemented into practice making it possible to improve the functional state of the nervous, respiratory and cardiovascular systems and emotional state of persons on the above mentioned diseases. The work is based on previous research "Improving the means and methods of physical rehabilitation of adults and children with limited physical capabilities." The effectiveness of the developed physical rehabilitation programs is confirmed by 14 acts of implementation in different institutions.
