Methods: methods of cultivation of cages and cultures cryoconservation, morphological and biochemical researches, immunofermental analysis of hormonal transplant activity, statistical analysis. The received results: autotransplantation methods of thyroid gland at the patients with multinodal craw and parathyroid gland at the patients with thyroid gland cancer or multinodal craw were developed. In a year after operation for a multinodal craw full compensation of a postoperative hypothyroidism was reached at 54% patients, partial - at 37%; at the others it was succeeded to lower a dose of replacement therapy by 30-50%. The developed method of parathyroid gland autotransplantation allowed to reduce considerably the frequency of a postoperative hypoparathyroidism (by 3.6 times) and hypocalciemia period duration (by 3.0 times).
