Nesen, Registration Date 22-01-2016 Organization Government institution "L.T. Malaya Therapy Institute National Academy of Medical Sciences of Ukraine" popup.description2 3140 case histories of patients who were hospitalized in the clinic of SI "National Institute of Therapy named after LT Malaya NAMS of Ukraine" were retrospectively analyzed, including 320 - with increased cardiovascular risk (CVR) and 104 patients with comorbid pathology were surveyed. For verification of persons with increased CVR it were employed European Guidelines (ESC/EAS, 2011) and the recommendations of the Ukrainian Association of Cardiology (2012). The calculation of CVR conducted using Riskcalculator (CV-Risk and Prevention); Charlson comorbidity index was calculated by the method (ME Charlson et al.), analysis of the quality of life of patients with high CVR with comorbid disorders was made by the questionnaire "SF-36 Health Status Survey". The main results of the research work: 1. A retrospective assessment of the dynamics of comorbidity identifying in hospitalized patients komorbidnostі and standardization of data using the Charlson index (Charlson index and Score of Charlson) were performed. 2. The evaluation of CVR using Riskcalculator (CV-Risk and Prevention) (scale of Framingham, PROCAM, SCORE, DRS) were made at the stage of appointment of therapy and in the assessment of its results. 3. The prognostic value of the main markers for assessing the effectiveness of the treatment of patients with high CVR with combined pathological conditions was determined. 4. The effective schemes of risk factors modification in patients with high CVR and comorbidity based on the individual and population levels were developed. 5. The evaluation of the quality of life of patients with high CVR and combined pathological conditions was made using a questionnaire "SF-36 Health Status Survey". 6.
