The aim of phase is to develop methods to increase the resolution and accuracy of measurement of the spatial coordinates of radio sources and quality of recognition of objects under the influence of destabilizing factors. Research methods - general systems theory, statistical radio engineering, fundamentals of the theory of adaptation, matrix theory, computational linear algebra and perturbation theory, methods of multivariate optimization, digital signal processing and mathematical modeling. The main results of research phase: improved adaptive solution of information and measurement tasks under conditions of impropriety and distortion measurements of wideband signals in IM RTS with AAA under the influence of destabilizing factors; results of mathematical modeling of aggregate developed and advanced methods of "blind" images recovery; radio direction finding of radiation sources; measuring of distortion of wideband signals and features of object recognition; proposals for the practical application of advanced adaptive methods for solving information and measurement problems with the radar AAA in radar and communication means, including direction finding of radiation sources, spatial over separation of video sources by MIMO, increase of efficiency of CDMA technology.
