The specific feature of the project is development of universal approach to the assessment of quality. It is based on accounting of information loss at the output of system or its element in conditions of situational uncertainty. Implementation of the development in production and its practical application will at a little cost provide opportunities to upgrade the existing and create new means of quality assessment of automated systems of measurement, management and control with consideration of many non-metrical options.
