The article of researches is intercommunications between humidity of grain, by duration of drying of grain, temperature of grain and temperature of thermal agent in a vertical drier and parameters of matching of control commands with altering errors. A purpose of work is diminishing of expenses of energy in vertical grain dryers by adaptation of the mode of drying to the changes of parameters of altering errors. Research methods - theoretical and experimental, mathematical and imitation designs of processes, creation of the systems of automatic control. Are set dependences of humidity and temperature of the grain in a drying camera, taking into account technological parameters of vertical driers. A structure is definite, knots are made, user's guide is written for the adaptive control system by the process of drying of grain in vertical driers, co-ordinate coefficients of analytical expressions of simulation model are experimentally certain for synchronization of the real and forecast humidity and temperature of grain. It allows to decrease variance of humidity of the prepared product and decrease the expenses of energy about 5% due to minimization of overdrying and overheating of grain in a drying camera.
