Thermodynamic and explosive properties of the developed formulations of heterogeneous condensed systems were determined. The content of blenderized explosives was select by the realization of thermodynamics calculations of the hypothetical compounding. As an oxidant the potassium perchlorate was selected, as a fuel - the diesel fuel. It was shown the necessity of research of influence of decomposition catalysts to PP on the acceleration of his thermal decomposition. The hypothetical decomposition catalysts were determined to compound the arrangement of the low speed blenderized explosives. The process of thermal decomposition of the heterogeneous condensed system on the basis of PP was investigated. The most effective catalysts were selected and their optimal content was determined. The kinetics of mixtures on the basis of potassium perchlorate decomposition with the decomposition catalysts was investigated . It is set that the catalysts reduce the activating energy of process of PP thermal decomposition in 2,5 times, that results the improvement of operating descriptions of developed explosive mixture.
