Methods of metabolic processes correction in the different birds' species have been developed to realize their genetic potential, increase productivity and improve food and biological value of poultry products. Feasibility of increasing the Cuprum, Zinc, Manganese content and enzyme preparation "Natuzym" application to the feed of laying hens was theoretically grounded and experimentally proved. It has been shown that the phosphatides additions to the quail diet and "Bilo-Active" additions (0.15 %) to the quail and ducks diet significantly affect the absolute phospholipids concentration at investigated tissues, stimulates productivity increase and improve the quality poultry products.
