The comparative analysis of proliferative growth and metabolic activity of cell lines NIH3T3 and B16 - F10 and primary female rabbits' oviduct and endometrial cell on different nanomaterials (APTES, APTES + dextrin, APTES + albumin, APTES + dextran + albumin) and cover with biogel natural origin were done. Based on the studies the most effective nanocoating for cultivation monolayers of uterine cell cultures for create spatially organized cellular system was selected. It was established that natural biogel causes an increase in viability, metabolic activity of culture by indicators of LDH and glucose in the conditioned media and proliferative index of oviduct and endometrium cell culture of female rabbits during the entire period of cultivation, while the nanocoating surface with albumin shows less noticeable stimulating effect on the proliferative capacity cells. The conducted studies have established that the cultivation OCC on biogel without cells increases to 10% maturing oocytes to metaphase II, and the co- cultivation in monolayer cell culture endometrial - by 16.7%. The stimulating effect on the maturation of OCC albumin was not observed. Cultivation of two-cell embryos on surrounding culture system of cells oviduct and endometrial on natural biogel, promotes the full development of the two cell embryos to transferable stages, stimulates the division of blastomeres, reduces the number of embryos with developmental delays and ensures obtaining the highest number of blastocysts (70,7%) compared with the control and 2nd experimental group in which the number of embryos that reached the blastocyst stage was 52,9% and 58,8% respectively.
