A practical application creation combined spatially organized cellular system granulosa with hyaluronic acid and different concentrations of insulin and silver nanoparticles to improve the quality of gametes and embryos based on: learning intensity proliferative growth culture granulosa cells with hyaluronic acid index of proliferation, functional activity of the ability to synthesize cholesterol and steroid hormones, lactate dehydrogenase enzyme activity and maturation of rabbits' oocytes cumulus complexes to metaphase-2 and embryos to the transferable stage were showed.
