After a scientific evaluation of the actually existing system of providing emergency medical care to victims in the early hospital stage in Ukraine and analyzed the experience of emergency medical care at an early hospital stage of treatment in countries near and far abroad will be determined ineffective components of the system in Ukraine and the basis of the above will be created optimal structure, identified the need for personnel and material-technical provision of emergency care departments and the method of their legal support.
