The main goal of the research is to determine the role of antioxidant enzymes of ascorbic acid and glutathione in the formation of plants adaptation to the joint action of xenobiotics and intensity of biological processes of nitrogen mobilization in edafotopes that affected the mining and metallurgical industry. During the implementation the work a systematic approach used in studies using physiological and biochemical and chemical analytical methods for the study of plants and methods of microbiology, biochemistry and agricultural chemistry soil. The results describe the accumulation of heavy metals in the assimilation system species of the genus Acer L. and Hemerocallis L. and mining and metallurgy complex xenobiotics action on the course of oxidative stress in the assimilation system introducers. Shown species-specific recycling of glutathione and ascorbic acid in species of the genus Acer L. Hemerocallis L. an integrated action on heavy metals. Been developed basic scheme of antioxidant enzyme systems participating in the formation of plant adaptation syndrome. The features seasonal dynamics of supply plants with mineral nitrogen compounds (nitrates and nitrites) in natural soils and tehnozems PJSC "ArcelorMittal Krivoy Rog" and JSC " Red lead plant Krivoy Rog". The changes of microbiological nitrogen transformation processes such as the number of bacteria assimilating mineral nitrogen and streptomycetes, ammonifiers, nitrifiers, denitrifiers and nitrogen detent in natural and technogenic disturbed soils. For the first time studied the species composition and structure of communities in micromicetes technogenic disturbed soils Kryvorizhzhya and chernozem usual and established features seasonal dynamics of micromicetes in tehnozems compared with the natural soil. For the first time the said changes mushroom mycelium length, its biomass, the number of spores and their biomass in edafotops chemical and ore dressing enterprises. Based on the similarity coefficient of determination groups, the indices of species diversity and dominance proved that there is a substantial alteration tehnozems mycocoenosis compared with the natural soil. Has clarified the role micromicetesdifferent in sensitivity to the action of heavy metals in the formation of coenosis in conditions of pollution. First set coenosis micromicetes changes in the soil by introducing organic fertilizers based on municipal sewage sludge. According to results of the research published 2 monographs, 3 prepared and defended 2 theses for the degree of candidate of biological sciences.
