The object of study: 348 - healthy children , 755 - patients, including 48 - with community-acquired pneumonia , 106- with asthma , 20 with non-rheumatic myocarditis , 44- with chronic rheumatic disease , 309 - with chronic pyelonephritis , 228 - adolescent boys. Research methods: General physical examination: assessment ofmedical history, illnesses, clinical examination. Laboratory research: common blood test, urinalysis, urine by Nechiporenko and Zimnitsky, daily proteinuria, transportationof salts, blood biochemistry: levels of urea nitrogen, creatinine and uric acid, CRP, ASO, RF, bacteriological examination ofurine, sputumandbronchoalveolar lavage.Instrumental methods ofresearch: electrocardiography, ECG monitoringby Holter, echocardiography and Doppler echocardiography, X-raysof the chest, ultrasoundof the abdomen,kidney, renal vascular Doppler, spirography, pulse oximetry. We used mathematical and statistical analysis computer programs to determine thereliability of the reliability of the research. The result of the scientific research allowed to get a new data about the nature of the violations of intracardiac and valve hemodynamics, the state of the contractile and relaxation ability of the myocard in children with non-rheumatic myocarditis chronic rheumatic heart disease for pathogenetic substantiation of correction of the revealed violations. Intelligent computer program product was developed for predicting the course of myocarditis.It was expanded the scientific understanding of the state of central, intracardiac and kidney hemodynamics, pathogenetic features of intersystem relations between these two circulation links on the stages of children's chronic kidney disease.There were established personality disorders of the circadian rhythm of arterial pressure according to the clinical variant of pyelonephritis. It is necessaryto monitor the hemodynamics in children with chronic pyelonephritis on all stages of the disease.It was received development and improvement schemes of drug correction of arterial pressure, including ACE inhibitors taking into account the characteristics of circadian rhythm of blood pressure in children with pyelonephritis occurring with arterial hypertension. Healthy children and children that are sick with community-acquired pneumonia and bronchial asthma have age features of daily function, circadian rhythms of external respiration.The standards have been developed with the help of daily monitoring of respiratory function. The boundaries of the dynamics of the recovery of respiratory function have been expanded under the influence of etiopathogenetic therapy in the period of calming down inflammation and pneumonia convalescence. There were proposed new prognostic measures of the formation of a prolonged course of pneumonia and chronic diseases, improved treatment and rehabilitation complex by studying the respiratory function The results of research are introduced into practice of the children's hospitals of the city of Dnepropetrovsk, Kiev, Zaporozhye and Kharkov.
