The survey results allow the following conclusions: 1. Grounded that decision internationalization of enterprises should be carried out according to a specific sequence of actions (structural logic circuit), which allows to standardize compliance processes of formation of strategy of internationalization, regardless of whether it was first developed, whether it is partial renewal and consider changes in economic conditions. 2. Improved scientific and methodological position to determine the range of activities, the internationalization of the sector configuration activities in the value chain, time and mode of entry into foreign markets (group activities overseas expansion) and determine the forms of penetration and presence in overseas markets, targets selected produktovo- geographic market, the coordination of activities in the value chain and the level of standardization and adaptation of marketing actions (group actions penetration and presence in overseas markets) that will improve the validity of management decisions. 3. Taking into account the world experience improved system forms, methods and tools promoting the internationalization of Ukrainian enterprises, which helped structure the potential participants in programs promoting internationalization segmented by various criteria. 4. Improved scientific and methodical evaluation instruments internationalization of enterprises through rationale use of performance evaluation of internationalization, the internationalization of efficiency parameters systematize evaluation of the relationship of internationalization and financial results of enterprises and determine the types of relationship internationalization of business and its results. 5. Formed a strategy of strategic enterprises in the internationalization practical application which will streamline decision-making process regarding the internationalization of enterprises through provision out of the test (result internationalization), the achievement of which is the priority goal of internationalization.
