The study results allow the following conclusions: 1. The interpretation of the concepts of "economic protectability" and "economic protectability diagnostics" are clarified in terms of the functioning both individual business structures and at the state level through effective financial monitoring and control of the tax process in the field of banking activities. 2. The structure of the crisis management mechanism is studied and the method of structural and functional diagnostics of economic protectability of the enterprise is developed. 3. The process of ensuring the economic protectability of the corporate sector is offered by means of the financing of working capital. 4. The level of financial risks and the cost of anti-crisis measures at different stages of production and business activities are investigated. 5. The mechanism of implementation and evaluation of engineering projects and programs in the system of economic protectability are developed and co-investment problems and prospects are identified in the context of the impact on the ensuring of economic protectability of industrial and economic associations.
