Model of temperature measurement error for Raman method have been developed. Relation between uncertainty of equivalent spectrum frequency for antistokes Raman components based on median method and spectrum analyzer resolution as well as relation between uncertainty for center of gravity method spectrum analyzer resolution has been investigated. Relation between equivalent spectrum frequency and temperature (static transfer function) for water, aluminum oxide, cyclohexane, rubber and naphthalene have been discovered.
