Purpose - experiment to prove the feasibility of creating a new: Nephroprotective preparation based on lipophilic powder watermelon flesh (LPW), to identify possible mechanisms of its diuretic action and nephroprotective; Gastroprotective drug from the extract of walnut pericarp (EWP) and find out the possible mechanisms of antiulcer and gastroprotective action; Hepatoprotective drug on the basis of freeze-dried granular powder chokeberry (GPC). Methods of research: рharmacological, toxicological, physiological, biochemical, histological research methods and methods of mathematical statistics. The practical significance of the results. The work is experimental and theoretical studies that demonstrate the effect of LPW nephroprotective, gastroprotective effect of the extract EWP and hepatoprotective action GPC. According to the results of pharmacological and toxicological testing of drugs of proven low toxicity and efficacy in experimental renal disease, liver and stomach. The results of the experiments substantiate the feasibility of using herbal remedies to improve the flow of pathological conditions of the kidneys, gastrointestinal tract and digestive system. A new drug for correction of experimental nephrolithiasis, which is confirmed by a letter of information about innovations in the health sector "Using lipophilic powder watermelon flesh in correction of experimental nephrolithiasis" № 49-2014 (2014). Scientific novelty of the results. For the first time an experimental rationale for the creation of a new drug on the basis of nephroprotective LPW, identified possible mechanisms of its diuretic action and nephroprotective; gastroprotective drug from the extract of EWP and elucidated the possible mechanisms of antiulcer and gastroprotective action; hepatoprotective drug on the basis of the GPC. For the first time in the experiment studied the effect of LPW on the excretory renal function in intact animals. It was found that the LPW has diuretic dose-dependent, and salureticheskim uricosuric action. For the first time we studied the effect of LPW on the course of experimental renal failure (models of ethylene glycol, gemoglobinuric acute renal failure, gentamicin and doxorubicin nephropathy). It is proved that the LPW has nephroprotective and antioxidant effects in terms of nephrotoxicity kidney damage. For the first time evaluated the effect of LPW on the course of experimental nephrolithiasis. It was found that the LPW has litholytic properties. For the first time an experimental study on hepatoprotective action GPC. It was found that the drug exhibits hepatoprotective activity in liver damage of various etiologies and defined by its effective therapeutic dose at a toxic lesion. The study proved for the first time anti-inflammatory effect of LPW and GPC. Proved antimicrobial action of LPW. Established safety the LPW, GPC and EWP in acute and chronic administration of these substances. The potency of implementation. The results are incorporated into scientific and educators cal process of the Department of Pharmacology, Clinical Pharmacology and Pharmacoeconomics, Medical Biology, Botany and Pharmacognosy, General and clinical pharmacy "Dnipropetrovsk Medical Academy of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine", Pharmacology "Bukovina State Medical University", Pharmacognosy, Pharmacology and Botany "Zaporozhye State Medical University", Pharmacognosy with medical Botany "Ternopil State Medical University Gorbachev's of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine ".
