Asthma and COPD are found in 20-15 % of the adult population, and are the most common and resistant to treatment zacharovanyi respiratory tract. Multi-component changes in the body, due to the decreased immunoreactive factors, the presence of genetic differences, the effect of viral infections, use of antibiotics, causing a change of resistance of the upper and lower respiratory tract. At the same time very often these nosological forms occurs not in isolation but in Association with various somatic diseases, which can distinguish different phenotypes of these diseases. Thus, the development of criteria for diagnosis, monitoring and forecasting, the characteristics of the therapeutic strategy and improve the quality of life of patients with different clinical phenotypes of obstructive lung diseases (asthma and COPD) is currently relevant. We investigated the content of IL-6, TNF, DNA diagnostics assessment gene polymorphism of the ACE gene and еNOS, acid-base status of blood (CBS), respiratory function, FGS and x-ray examination of the esophagus. Thus, the analysis of changes CBS has allowed to allocate three groups of patients with BA with these phenotypes: BA patients with respiratory acidosis, BA patients with metabolic acidosis, BA patients with respiratory alkalosis. The FGS data analysis has allowed to allocate in separate group of bronchial asthma associated with GERD. A selected phenotype of patients depending on the quality of life (QOL): (1) the phenotype of low QOL in the physical health indicators; (2) the phenotype of high QOL on the physical health indicators; (3) the phenotype of low QOL on indicators of mental health; (4) the phenotype of high QOL on indicators of mental health. Studied adherence to therapy in patients of this group. Product Description popup.authors Єрьоменко Г.В. Авдєєва О.В. Більченко О.С. Бабічева А.А. Бездітко Т.В. Болокадзе Є.О. Борзенко А.Б.
