Recommendations are given for amendments to the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine' Decree on "Procedure for the initiation, preparation and implementation of economic and social development of Ukraine, supported by the international financial organizations" № 1027 from 26.11.2008 g. 2. Recommendations are given for the improvement of "The Strategy of attraction, use and monitoring of the international technical assistance and cooperation with the international financial organizations for 2013-2016", approved by the Decree of Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine № 697-p of 09.11.2013 p., 3. It is proposed when developing a new or improving an existing "Strategy of attraction, use and monitoring of the international technical assistance and cooperation with the international financial organizations" to take appropriate action program, which will include specific targets and steps to implement them.
