Methods of study - the study was conducted on the basis of scientific works of leading scientists on the establishment and development of socio-economic development trends in the region; laws and government regulations of Ukraine; specialized editions of the State Statistics Committee of Ukraine, the Central Statistical Office in Utah 2001-2015 biennium. etc. Theoretical and practical development based on the following methods: comprehensive - to determine the nature of the socio-economic development of the region; historical and economic analysis - to study the periodization of social and economic development; Grade - rationale for integrated performance assessment of socio-economic development of the region; Coefficient - analysis of infrastructure investment attractiveness of tourist sites in the region; simulation modeling - to determine the results of the implementation of strategic alternatives of regional development, and the matrix - to determine the synergistic effect for the region.
