The report presented scientific materials used in the analysis of marine monitoring methods for comprehensive assessment of state of marine ecosystems - modern integral methods of bioindication and bioassay and complex calculation methods of estimation of level of eutrophication of water and also comparative characteristic of complex methods to assess the state of the marine environment. Are given recommendations on the integrated use of integral methods of bioassay and bioindication of quality of the marine environment, particularly based on research of physiological-morphological, systematic, quantitative, halobiont and saprobiological indicators of benthic organisms and also calculating of complex assessments of water eutrophication per index E-TRIX and by method BEAST, the use of which during the researches in maritime monitoring will promote to getting of information about the ecological state of environment.
