Methods of researches - complex geophysical, geodetic and hydrometeorological observations on geodynamic polygons, generalization of the received results, modelling of the studied phenomena, statistical and harmonical analyses of experimental data. Results of research of the hydrothermal movements of an earth surface on geodynamic polygons of the Poltava observatory are presented. Values of daily, seasonal and slow vertical, horizontal movements and tilts of an earth surface are specified. The conformities of influence of separate components of humidity of the soil on vertical dynamics of the top layer of an earth surface are determined. Modelling of hydrothermal vertical movements and local deformations of permanent GPS station in Poltava are executed. It is offered a method which allows to reduce influence of external factors of a hydrothermal origin on results of tidal tiltmetric and gravimetric odservations. The method is tested on a large amount of experimental material and has allowed to receive high-precision values of the regional tidal factors, Love's number and differences of gravimetric and tiltmetric amplitude factors of the tidal waves K1 and O1 which characterize the dynamic effect and a condition of internal core and promote the choice of the most reliable model of internal structure of Earth.
