It was found that basic parameters of transcranial magnetic stimulation have shown high sensitivity, specificity and predictive value for the diagnosis changes of the functional state of the pyramidal pathway in patients with stroke. Repetitive transcranial and peripheral magnetic stimulation in patients with ischemic stroke improves cognitive function, increases motor activity, reduces muscle tone, expanding the level of social activity, promotes the harmonization of the brain activity structures and improves functional status of the pyramidal pathway and cardiovascular system.
