An aim of work is an increase of reliability and longevity of a lifting-transport equipment in the process of exploitation and development of methods of his perfection. A research method is theoretical and experimental researches of work of lifting-transport machines in the process of exploitation. The new rational constructions of drive drums of band conveyers, that provide the self centring of conveyer ribbons and allow to remove of sides of ribbon, bring down the damage of facing, and also number of transversal and longitudinal destructions of ribbon, are worked out, and on this basis to promote longevity of ribbon. The analysis of the modern state and prospects of development of industry is conducted. With the use of the worked out models the executed analysis of the tense state of elevator in weak sections before and after setting of additional elements and their revision. The questions of improvement of greasing of cylindrical toothed reducing gears are considered. Worked out and the new construction of link device is scientifically reasonable with elements, that allows to bring down the coefficient of dynamic quality in supports of movable frame at the movement of autoloader. Offered technical solutions in relation to reduction of coefficient can dynamic be used, both on the stage of planning - in the constructions of new autoloaders and at implementation of repairs of on-the-road autoloaders. The analysis of activity of terminal handlers is executed for the transloading of grain in marine ports of continental Ukraine.
