Purpose of work - to give recommendation in relation to the choice of the rational modes of heat treatment, and also composition of steels, for providing of optimum complex of mechani-cal and operating properties. Research methods - metallographic, X-ray diffraction, tests on abrasive and impact-abrasive wear; method of deep intelligence data analysis, mathematical modeling of production parameters. The recommendations on the choice of rational modes of heat treatment of high-chromium steels that enhance the abrasive, impact-abrasive because wear-resistance and mechanical prop-erties, depending on the chemical, phase composition and operating conditions. Optimization phase composition, degree of metastable austenite phase and the kinetics DMT allow to reach high level of mechanical properties in cast iron economical doping and off-set the need of expensive alloying. The mathematical model showing the effects of certain chemical items, completeness and quality of their interaction on the performance-governmental micro-alloyed welding steels. Industry of the use - machine-building and metallurgical enterprises of Ukraine.
