Research of features and formats of maps and databases in the operating system Android with the purpose of determination of possibility of exchange by attributive and cartographic information with the geoinformation system "Instrument" for the decision of the planned duty-combat missions of units of the National Guard troops of Ukraine. Research methods - using of component objective models and dynamically linked libraries with the purpose of rapid and effective development of components of the geoinformation system "Instrument" that allow to carry out an exchange between the relation data bases of desktop computers and table devices, exchange by the raster geographically tied data between a plane-table and computer on the base of the operating systems "Windows".
