Physical characteristics and field-temperature phase diagrams of these materials are investigated in wide temperature range. It is cleared up, that at relatively high temperature the giant superspins arise. These spins exist due to the antiferromagnetic superexchange interaction. Microscopic mechanism of giant superspins formation is proposed, detailed calculation of these clusters morphology is carried out.
