The problems of energy supply decentralization in the country have been identified; world experience of energy supply decentralization in the country under conditions of intensification of using local energy resources has been studied; energy potential of local fuel resources in the country and its regions has been estimated; opportunities and ways of using the local fuel resources by means of applying innovative technologies for their deep processing into commercial forms of energy and energy resources have been identified; principles of the industrial structure of local autonomous energy complexes have been defined; practical recommendations on creating a local autonomous fuel and energy complex on the basis of local energy resources on the example of a group of rural areas in the Kharkiv region have been developed; conceptual provisions of the decentralization through creating local autonomous energy complexes have been elaborated; practical recommendations on energy supply decentralization in the country have been worked out; forecast of the expected effects from the energy supply decentralization through creating local autonomous energy complexes for the country's economy has been made.
