The complex of factors associated with incomplete choroidal reattachment after triamcinolone acetonide injection was found: choroidal detachment height > 3.9 mm and ophthalmohypotony ? 5 mm Hg.. In such cases, a triamcinolone acetonide and perfluoropropene injection is suggested before vitrectomy. The basic risk factors for eye subatrophy in patients with severe eye injuries complicated by choroidal detachment were found. Developed a method of closed technique surgical treatment of posttraumatic choroidal detachment, which allows to restore the correct position of the ciliary body, normalize the IOP and the size of the anteroposterior eye axis, as well as prevent the subatrophy development.
