It was found that by way of a selection of contacting liquid-solid pairs with appropriate wettability one can realize liquids separation/purification and their directed transportation under microgravity conditions that can have practical application for modeling and development of appropriate space technologies. The experiments on melting of some metals and synthesis of alloys widely used in metallurgy in the CO2 atmosphere imitating "martian" conditions were performed. The results obtained may be an evidence of possibility to carry out some metallurgical processes on the Mars planet. For the realization of a developed by Paton EWI NANU conception of a creation of an electron-beam welding tool for installation-repairing works in the open space in IPM NANU technological process of producing of electron block of brazed ceramic-metal joints having required operating parameters was developed and said block was created.
