It is proved that a linear variation of the voltage for minimum jump of electromechanical and mechanical parameters and the exponential law - minimum pressure rolls in the pipe network. It was found that in terms of energy consumption the most economical is to run the pump unit exponentially change the input voltage. It is shown that in the course of dynamic processes in complex pumping at start / stop of the pump unit significantly affect the geometry of the pipe, the presence of the static pressure in some parts of the drainage system, a way to run the technology mechanism (open or closed valve on the filled or empty pipe) etc. Confirmed by in the experimental unit results in the simulation, which are designed for automated processes of formation of the voltage chang erequired rate. The recommendations for the formation of the desired rate of rise of the input voltage to ensure the effective operation mode of the electro-equipment.
